What is Employee Protection and Wellness and what does PWE do?

PWE helps companies strategise their employee benefits program by providing quality insurance cover and an annual wellness program consisting of health checks, workshops, seminars, events and workouts to keep employees engaged, healthy and happy.

We have constructed programs for companies with a total strength of 3 to 5 employees. It is definitely possible and we have seen these companies grow from strength to strength over the years.

We already have Employee Insurance in place, how will PWE value add to our business and employees?

We seek to bring about greater value for your every dollar. With your existing employee insurance in place, we’ll look to reduce your premiums or provide a wider range of benefits to your employees or in the best case scenario - we’ll reduce your premiums and increase your employees coverage all at once. We’ll also draw up a wellness schedule to engage your employees for a holistic protection and wellness program.

We are not based in Singapore but we have employees in Singapore, can PWE undertake our Employee Benefits?

Yes. We have worked with many offshore companies who would like to cover their employees based in Singapore. We will provide more information and full consultation via Zoom for offshore companies to have a full understanding on how they can cover their employees in Singapore.
